On the 12th of November, the National Championship in Healthy Food in the Canteen 2025 comes to an end, where three of Samskipnaden’s canteens – Teorifag, MH, and Narvik – are competing. We’re cheering them on in the final stretch!
Throughout the competition, we’ve highlighted the #moreof ingredients – fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and seafood – in our dishes, and we are happy that many have appreciated a healthier selection.
Week 46 = Fish Week
But we’re not stopping there! Week 46 is a Fish Week, with a special focus on white fish. It’s great for your health and gentle on the climate – so when you eat white fish, you’re helping both your body and the planet.
We’ve done a lot – but we want to do more
In 2025, we’ve increased the share of white fish in our canteens by 13% compared to last year. We’re proud of that, but we want to go even further! That’s why we’re inviting you to join us and taste your way through the Fish Week.
