Keys are picked up at Samskipnaden's housing office on your campus. They can be picked up on the contract date after 12 noon. Others can pick up the keys for you, but we must receive written notice in advance via e-mail, and mark the e-mail "Handing over keys". The rental agreement must be signed before you can pick up the key.
In Narvik and Alta, it can be agreed with the housing office to have the keys delivered in a key box if the key must be picked up outside opening hours.
Those who move to Hammerfest will receive an email about where they pick up keys at the start of the contract.
