Registration for StudEXPO | Student Organisations

• Each organisation will be allocated a 2x2 metre floor space.
• If you have a large stand wall or need extra space for any reason, please let us know in the registration form, and we will get in touch.
• This year, we will assign specific spaces to each organisation and set up tables for everyone unless you specify that you are bringing your own.
• We provide the table – you bring the rest!
• Feel free to put in some extra effort to make your stand more exciting and eye-catching.
• Stand set-up must be completed before the event starts.
• We will send out detailed information about set-up times closer to the event.
• There is a limited number of spaces available, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible to secure your spot!
