In Norway, every 8th grocery bag of food is thrown away. This leads to unnecessary greenhouse gas emissions, pollution, resource use, and loss of nature. Reducing food waste is therefore an important and effective measure to limit negative impacts on the climate and environment. Here are some tips on what YOU can do to reduce food waste in your own kitchen. And remember: with good food routines, you’ll also save money!
