Phase 1 – Luleåvegen 15 og 17
Work began in April 2025 and will be completed by August/September the same year. The upgrades include, among other things:

Painting of all interior surfaces

New kitchen installations

Complete renovation of all existing bathrooms

Construction of 16 new bathrooms

Conversion of apartments into single rooms – a total of 72 units

New, more soundproof doors with electronic lock system

Upgraded storage areas – brighter, cleaner, and more inviting

New drainage for better indoor climate in the basement. Lawn and outdoor areas will be reestablished when the work is finished

Upgraded corridors and stairwells
Phase 2 – Luleåvegen 19 og 21
The next stage is planned as two parallel projects:

Luleåvegen 19: Scheduled for winter 2026, with the same upgrades as in 15 and 17.

Luleåvegen 21: Planned to start in February 2026. In addition to renovation of existing apartments, three new apartments will be built in the former kindergarten wing.
What does this mean for you as a resident?
Yes, there will be some noise and construction activity along the way – but we will do our best to schedule it so exam periods are not disrupted.
