Opening Hours – Summer 2026
Our Housing Offices are available by phone, email, and through My Page throughout the summer. However, some service desks will be closed during the following periods:
- Alta: 20 July–2 August
- Narvik: 6–26 July
- Harstad: 6 July–2 August
The Housing Office in Svalbard remains open as normal.
From 1 July, the service desk in Tromsø has been relocated to Kraft Sports Centre.

Key Collection and Return in Tromsø
From 1 July, keys must be collected from and returned to Kraft Sports Centre during staffed opening hours*.
* From 27 June to 2 August, the staffed reception hours at Kraft Sports Centre are 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
