What services can I get at a sexual health clinic?

You can come to the sexual health clinics for help regarding birth control, STIs, pregnancy, abortion, sexual abuse/assault, and questions about your sexuality. We provide guidance, counselling, conversations, and medical examinations by a nurse or doctor.

For other types of issues and/or injuries, we ask that you contact your doctor or the emergency room.

If you have had unprotected sex with someone new, or suspect that you may have an STI, you can also test yourself for chlamydia on campus.

Tvibit Sexual Health Clinic

At Tvibit Sexual Health Clinic you may seek assistance for questions related to your physical, mental and sexual health. The health clinic has personell with the relevant expertise to answer questions you may have related to these areas. Any contact and help provided from Tvibit Sexual Health Clinic is free.

Opening hours:

Monday: Drop-in from 14:00 - 18:00 (Appointments only - 09:00-14:00).

Tuesday: No drop-in (Appointments only - 09:00-14:00).

Wednesday: Drop in from 14:00 - 18:00.

Thursday: Drop-in from 14:00 - 18:00.

Friday: No drop-in (Appointments only - 09:00-14:00).

Testing of STIs (sexually transmitted infections) through blood and urin samples, genital swabs, as well as throat and anal swabs.
Birth control guidance and prescriptions of all types of birth control.
Insertion and removal of IUDs and implant.
Free condoms.
Counselling regarding questions about sexuality, sexual health, unwanted pregnancy, and abortion.
