Everyone experiences difficult times in their lives, and having someone to talk to during these times is important. We want you to feel a sense of mastering and joy in your everyday life.
Our services are free and we have a short waiting list. You do not need a referral and everything you say is confidential. If you are not able to meet in person, we offer secure video counselling via your PC or smartphone.
You can talk to us about anything, from personal problems to practical issues you need to be sorted out. We can help you navigate the Norwegian bureaucracies - like financial rights, special needs for exams, etc.
Get in touch before your problems escalate.
