Short-term rental in Alta

Save money. Renting housing with us is cheaper than other alternatives, and as a student, you also get a 20% discount at the lunch bar in Kantine Altafjord.

Students are prioritized, but is open to everyone.

Upon being allocated a room, you will receive a confirmation by email. The invoice for your stay will be sent by email and can also be found in your user account in the housing portal. Rent must be paid for the entire rental period, even if you move out earlier. You will not be issued a contract for short-term rental.

Check-in from 2:00 PM Check-out by 10:00 AM

Key Collection:

Keys can be collected from the key box outside our office at Nyland, Follumsvei 4, entrance F. You will receive an email in the days before your move-in with information and the code to the key box.

These prices are valid until 31.07.25.

The listed rental prices are reserved for students. If you are not a student, a 25% surcharge will apply.
