Welcome to a Yoga class focusing on presence through exercises taken from traditional hatha Yoga. This style of Yoga challenges strength, balance and flexibility. In this class we work to gain a deeper focus, reduce stress and create energy. This class is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis, as the exercises can be adapted according to level and needs. Feel free to join the class every week, or only the weeks that suit you best.
To participate in this free yoga class, you must register in advance. Please use the attached form for registration.
To be guaranteed the place you have booked, you must show up and confirm your attendance at least 10 minutes before the start of the class. You must register at reception before attending the class.
Is the class fully booked? You can still show up at Kraft and hope that someone else doesn't show up. All open spots will be available 10 minutes before the class starts.
