Grut coffee bar at ILP is part of the Samskipnadens coffee bar chain. You can also find Grut at MH and Teorifag in Tromsø, as well as on campus in Alta, Narvik and Harstad.
Here, you can choose from a selection of gratinated favourites, paninis, subs, and freshly baked cinnamon buns. In addition to barista coffee, we offer a wide range of hot and cold beverages.
Grut places a strong emphasis on sustainability and reuse, and we avoid using plastic as much as possible.
See you at Grut ILP!
