Location

Fjellveien Student Housing is just 200 m from UiT Campus Narvik, making it the closest student housing to the university. Fjellveien is located extremely close to the ski resort, Soria Moria student kindergarten, primary school and the fitness centre Kraft Narvik. It is a 10-minute walk to a supermarket and, if you walk down a steep hill from there, you will be in the centre of downtown Narvik

Housing

We have nine unfurnished two-room flats, each of which is from 37 to 53 m². The flats comprise one bedroom, bathroom and a livingroom. The flats inklude, wardrobe, heaters and pelmet for curtains. It is possible to rent a storage room, and there are a few available parking spaces on-site. There is internet connection.

Neighbourhood

Fjellveien Student Housing provides an ideal base for enjoying the great outdoors. In summer as well as winter, you can catch the cable car up to the restaurant and continue further up if you wish. You can enjoy panoramic views of sea, mountains, fjord and Narvik city.

Walk or cycle to campus

The university is right next to the student housing, and takes only a few minutes to walk.

Public transportation

Because of the location of our Student houses it is not often necessary to take the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bus terminal, which is located beside the Amfi center in the middle of the town. Among the buses at the bus terminal you can choose between local buses, regional buses and the airport bus.
