Location
Patoskogen Student Housing is situated in family-friendly surroundings at Kronstad, about 6 km from the university campus and downtown Alta. The housing area comprises three-room family flats with on-site parking.
Patoskogen is only a stone’s throw from the Alta River, in scenic outdoor surroundings that provide good recreational opportunities year-round. The area is close to a primary school, football field, ball sports enclosure, children’s play area and ski slopes to give but a few examples. The closest supermarket is 1 km away.
It takes just over 20 minutes to bike to the university campus and about an hour to walk. The closest bus stop is about 300 meters away.
Housing
Patoskogen Student Housing has 16 family apartments spread over two buildings. Each unfurnished apartment is 60 m² and comprises a corridor, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and storage rooms. The bathroom is fitted with the necessary connection for a washing machine. Students with children are prioritized for these flats.
There is on-site parking with block heater for one car per flat. Residents may apply for permission to have pets, as long as the other tenants agree.
