After you have logged in on MyPage, you will see different tabs for Samskipnaden's services in the top of the page.
To see your data in the tabs "Inbox" and "Housing", we require that you connect the user account from our housing system/Old housing portal to MyPage.
If you applied or lived with us after 2022, we connect these accounts automatically as a part of the application process. If you still run into errors, follow the steps below.
If you applied or lived with us before 2022, the connection has to be done manually the first time.
Here are the steps to manually connect the user from our housing system/Old housing portal to MyPage:
1. Log in to samskipnaden.no/en/minside
2. Go to the tab "Housing"
3. If you see an illustration and the headline "Everything about your student housing in one app" - Press "Get started" to continue.
If you do not see everything, or you see sub menus like "Invoice", "Applications" or "Contracts" without any content - continue to the next question on this page - "The housing tab on MyPage - I managed to log in, but do not see any contracts, applications or other data!"
4. When asked if you have lived with us before - Press "Yes".
5. Log in with the login details from our housing system/Old housing portal
- If you cannot remember the passowrd use the "forgotten password"-function
- If you cannot remember which email you should use - contact us via our contact form eller Housing office
6. Now you should be able to see your housing data. If you are able to log in but still cannot see any data, proceed to the next question on this page.
