Customer Support for MyPage

If you are experiencing issues logging in, consider the following:

• Correct login method: Ensure that you are using the same method as when you created your account. For example, a Gmail address may have been used both with the "Sign in with Google" button and as a standard email and password. The same applies to Apple ID.
• Existing account? You might be confusing MyPage with our old housing portal. If you applied for or lived in housing before 2022, you likely used the old portal. Note that login details from the old portal will not work on MyPage.
  If you have not yet created a MyPage account, you need to register as a new user. Once registered, you can link your account to the housing system to view housing information (see the guide in the next section).
• “Forgot password” function isn’t working: If you do not receive a link when using the "forgot password" function, you likely have not created a MyPage user yet. In this case, register as a new user.

Once logged in to MyPage, you will see various tabs for the Student Welfare Organisation's services at the top of the page.
To access the "Inbox" and "Housing" tabs, you must link your account in the housing system (old housing portal) to MyPage. This is usually done automatically with your first housing application, but in some cases, it must be done manually.

How to manually link the housing system to MyPage:

1. Log in to https://samskipnaden.no/en/minside
2. After logging in, go to the "Housing" tab.
3. If you see an image with the text "Everything about your student housing in one app...", click "Yes" and proceed from step 6. If you see nothing, proceed to step 4.
4. Go to the tab "Profile" and scroll down to "Consents." Remove consent for housing.
5. Return to the tab "Housing" and follow the steps displayed.
6. When asked if you have previously applied for housing or lived there, click "Yes" and use the email address from the old housing portal. If you don’t remember the password, use the "forgot password" function.
7. You should now be able to see your housing information under the "Housing" tab.

Still cannot see housing information?
If you have followed the steps above but still cannot see housing information under "Inbox" or "Housing," this may be due to:

• Incorrect account details: Check that you used the correct email and password from the housing system. Could you have multiple accounts in the housing system? If unsure, contact us via a new enquiry from your MyPage inbox.
• Technical issues:
  • Clear browser data.
  • Try a different browser or use incognito mode.

If you are unable to submit your housing application, check the following:

• Ensure that the phone number in the application is entered with the correct country code and format. This applies to both you and any listed emergency contacts.

Changing email on MyPage?
If you do not have unused coffee cards or personal offers you want to retain, it’s easiest to create a new MyPage user.

• Housing data can be linked to the new account even if you use a different email address. Follow the steps described above to link the housing system to your new MyPage user.
• The old account is automatically deleted after one year of inactivity, but you can also delete it manually under the "Profile" tab.

If you prefer to change the email on an existing account, contact us via a new enquiry from your MyPage inbox.

Changing email in the housing system?
To change the email linked to your housing system account (used to contact you regarding your tenancy), contact us via a new enquiry from the MyPage inbox or contact the Housing Office.
