Health clinic for students

Anyone who has had unprotected sex (sexual intercourse, oral sex, close contact with the genitals) with a partner with whom they are unsure of their infection status should undergo regular tests for sexually transmitted diseases(STD), also known as sexually transmitted infections (STI).

If you or the healthcare professional you consult have reason to believe that you may be infected with an STD, any testing, treatment and medications are free of charge. If you have symptoms such as a burning sensation, discharge, odour or a rash, it is important you advise the healthcare professional you consult about this.

Get tested!

You can get tested for Chlamydia on campus, at one of our bathrooms. The bathroom is located by the lift on the 1st floor (2nd floor in the Norwegian system), in the A block. The door is marked. You can take the test Mondays from 07.00 to Wednesdays 14.00. For other STIs or other times, you can visit the health clinic. The have special opening hours for students on Thursdays.
