The student-led Mr.Goodfish team and Nordnorsk vitensenter invites people ages 18-30 through the EU-project Mr.Goodfish 3.0 to Try Me ;-) A beginner cooking workshop featuring seasonal seafood. No experience required!
Last year, participants prepared breiflabb (monkfish), the Star of the Season â and to reduce food waste, experimented with lesser-used parts of the fish.
On the menu for Havuka? Brosme | Tusk, and you can be sure that it will tasty and easy to prepare!
