Are you, or someone you know, starting studies this autumn? Then it’s smart to apply for student housing as early as possible.

The earlier you apply, the better your chances of getting the exact housing you want in time for the start of the semester.

And if you’re able to move in before 1 August, you’ll receive priority on the waiting list.

At Samskipnaden, you’ll live safely and affordably with fellow students who are in the same situation as you. Plus, you’ll have your own caretaker, free stairwell cleaning, and internet included.

You can apply for housing with us all year round, but applying early increases your chances of securing a home for the autumn semester.

First come, first served

You can move in at any time of the year. We allocate housing on a first-come, first-served basis. As long as we have vacancies, you could even move in the same day!

If you’d like to move in during the summer before your studies start, just specify this in your application.

What if I don’t need the housing after all?

If you don’t get a place of study, you can cancel your housing contract – completely free of charge and without any obligations.
