Upon moving in and moving out, you will receive a checklist on "My Page." On the checklist, you can report any faults or issues with your housing, which will help us carry out repairs and improvements to the property. These must be reported within 2 weeks.
If you have spotted a vermin/pest, we ask you to immediately contact the service center or send a message to the caretaker service (via "My Page").
Furniture and removal of furniture:
It is not allowed to remove furniture that is already in the apartment, but if there is space, you are welcome to have your own furniture in addition. We do not permit the use of gas heaters inside our apartments, neither as a source of heating nor as kitchen equipment.
Pictures and posters:
You can hang up pictures if you use Blu-Tack and similar hanging putty, or plastic hooks with tape adhesive. You can hang up lighter items as long as you do not make holes or marks on the walls. Refer to the lease agreement for the tenant's obligations during the lease period 7.1.
