Short-term rental

Tenants have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a shared laundry. To operate the laundry we use the app AppWash by Miele. The rooms are equipped with a duvet and pillow, but not bed linen and towels. Internet access is included.

Rental prices valid from 01.01.23

Students will be prioritized, but everyone can apply for a room.

When assigned a room, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive an invoice for the reservation by e-mail. Rent must be paid for the entire period of rental even if you move out before the end of the reservation.

How to pick up your keys:

Keys can be collected in a key box outside our office at Follumsvei 4, entrance F. You will receive an e-mail in the days before you move in with information and the code to the key box.

Tenants have access to a kitchen and laundry. The rooms are fully furnished and internet access is included. We can offer a package consisting of kitchen equipment and bed linen (duvet, pillow and linen with bed sheets.) for a price of NOK 500,-.

How to pick up your keys:
Keys can be collected at office D2130 at UiT Campus Narvik inside our opening hours: Monday - Friday 08.00 - 15.30.
Key collection outside our opening hours must be arranged with us in advance.
