Centrally located, with only 900 meters walking distance to UiT and downtown. Flåtenveien consists of two buildings, with 42 single rooms and one single room apartment, many of which have sea views. The building was completed in the autumn of 1999 and the common rooms were refurbished in 2008. In 2014, new furniture was acquired. All rooms have access to laundry and outdoor storage, and there are a few parking spaces available.
