Ørneveien student housing consists of 16 3-room apartments spread over two buildings on two floors. The apartments are 60 square meters and consist of living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, hallway and storage room. Connection to washing machine is in the bathroom. The apartment does not have appliances, but arrangements for a washing machine in the bathroom, and is otherwise unfurnished. Students with children are given priority

Each apartment has its own parking space for one car, with engine heater. It is possible to apply for permission to have pets in the apartments, provided these are not a nuisance to other residents.
