Welcome to a class focusing on presence through exercises taken from traditional hatha yoga. This style of yoga challenges strength, balance and flexibility. The aim of the class is to gain a deeper focus, reduce stress and create energy. The class is suitable for everything from beginners to experienced yogis, as the exercises can be adapted according to level and needs.


To be sure of getting the place you have booked, you must show up and confirm your booking at least 10 minutes before the start of the class. You must register at reception before attending the class.
