Grut MH was Samskipnadens first coffee bar. Today, you can also find Grut at Teorifag and ILP in Tromsø, as well as on campus in Alta, Narvik, and Harstad.
Grut MH focuses on house-made vegetarian and vegan food, prepared with seasonal ingredients. We tempt our guests with our well-known bruschettas, flavourful sandwiches, and salad bar, complemented by barista coffee and freshly squeezed juice.
Grut places a strong emphasis on sustainability and reuse, and we avoid using plastic as much as possible.
