To contribute to the national union, Samskipnaden introduces the use of bandages for all service employees and employees with customer contact. In addition, we ask everyone who visits us to register.
We take our social responsibility seriously, and due to the growing infection, we have decided to introduce mandatory use of face masks for our employees with customer contact from Wednesday 04 November. The measure applies to both caretakers, cleaners, service staff and chefs. Where we have plexiglass between employees and customers, we have assessed it so that this is sufficient infection control, but we have nevertheless facilitated the use of face masks here as well.
Registration of visitors
During week 45 we will introduce registration of all guests in our canteens and coffee shops. This is done via a QR code that takes you as a visitor directly to a digital form. Each visitor fills in the name email and phone number.
The same system is introduced for visitors to campus offices, operations offices, student counseling, administration and in all kindergartens. The measure is introduced to contribute to effective and safe infection detection if someone should be diagnosed with covid-19 at one of our locations. The data submitted via this form is anonymised, it is stored for two weeks before it is deleted automatically and only the municipality or FHI can retrieve complete visitor logs.
We greatly appreciate all the students who are very good at following infection control advice from the authorities and help to prevent further infection, keep it up. Everything will be fine
