Picking up and delivering keys

Pick-up: At the start of the contract, your housing is ready for move-in from 12:00, and you can retrieve your keys after this at the Samskipnad housing office in Alta. Remember to bring identification.

You are welcome to pick up your key on a different day after the first contract day, but it must be collected within our opening hours. You can also arrange to pick up your key from a key-box by contacting the housing office on My Page.

If the first day of your contract falls on a weekend, public holiday, or vacation day, the key can be picked up on the first following working day from 12:00.

Drop-off: You can drop off the key in the hatch at the entrance to the housing office no later than the day the contract expires.

Drop-off: You can drop off the key in the white mail box outside of the university no later than the last day of your contract.

Drop-off: Arrange the delivery in the caretaker's mailbox in your student residence no later than the day the contract expires.

Pickup: You will receive further information by email about where and when you can retrieve the key.

Delivery: Keys are to be delivered in the mailbox labeled "Vaktmester" in the hallway at the student housing, no later than the day the contract expires.

Pickup: At the start of the contract, the residence is ready for move-in from 3:00 PM. A few days before you move into Elvesletta, you will receive an email with more information to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Please read the email and its attachments carefully.

In Svalbard, your room will be open on the arrival day, and the keys will be in the room.

Delivery: The checkout time is 11:00 AM. Leave the keys in your room upon departure, and remove all your personal belongings before leaving.
